Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

Return Approval
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by HighwayRise.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after successful return verification.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
In eligible cases, HighwayRise may arrange return pickup or request the customer to ship the product back.
